Our bootcamp program is designed for all abilities and fitness levels. We love beginners! To benefit from this program we ask that you fully commit to the entire length of the program. There will be difficult workouts and challenges (its worth it!). We want participants who will see it through to the end! The program does not work without your consistency and efforts. You WILL see results as long as you follow the plan, come with an open mind, and remember to have fun! Understand that all transformations are welcome. This challenge won’t be solely about losing weight, and everyone may come with a different goal in mind. That’s what makes the class unique! Have respect for both the coaches, other participants, and the rules of the gym. The 6 week program includes a free trial week to try out our regular class schedule, meet other coaches and members, and get a different experience of Driftwood!
